About the job:

RSE is seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Account Manager with experience in management and oversight of creative development, paid media, earned media and community outreach activities. This is an ideal position for someone with a communications background who is passionate about championing their client’s causes.

What you’ll do:

  • Integrated Communication Services: Lead accounts and/or projects and manage work plan implementation across full suite of integrated communication services, including paid media, messaging, earned media, social media and community outreach. (The ideal candidate will have experience with all of these disciplines, though may be stronger in one than another.)
  • Account Management: Manage day-to-day client relations; plan and monitor projects from start to finish and manage client budgets.
  • Campaign Strategy: Support strategic development and steward strategy; prepare creative and media briefs and guide teams; participate in planning, creating and evaluating campaigns for success.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and mentoring to junior staff and work with supervisors to effectively manage internal teams.
  • New Business Development: Support new business efforts, including proposal writing, research and participation in new business pitches.

  • Two to five years of increasingly complex related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience

Pay range:

Compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Base salary: $62,000 – $75,000 /year.
