Account Supervisor
About the job:
RSE is seeking a dynamic and high-performing Account Supervisor to lead one or more of our social impact campaigns reaching diverse Californians. This is an ideal position for a well-rounded communications professional who is passionate about behavior change and lifting up the voices of those who have been historically underserved.
What you’ll do:
- Integrated Communication Services: Oversee and manage client projects with a strong understanding of the full suite of integrated communication services, including paid media, messaging, earned media, social media and community outreach.
- Account Management: Lead and integrate interdepartmental teams; lead clients and subcontractors; oversee and manage budgets.
- Campaign Strategy: Co-develop strategies for integrates campaigns and steward that strategy for duration of campaign effort; review and approve clear strategic briefs.
- Staff Training: Hire, onboard, mentor, train and supervise staff.
- New Business Development: Develop strong new business responses and participate in pitches.

- Effectively manages up, understanding when, what and who to communication information to
- Mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Five to ten years of increasingly complex related experience
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience

Pay range:
Compensation may vary based on skills and experience. Base salary: $95,000 – $125,000 /year
