We’re looking for a Senior Media Data Analyst to join our team and take the lead in shaping how we measure and optimize media performance. As a Senior Media Data Analyst, you will be a key player in driving campaign success by leveraging data insights, implementing advanced tracking solutions, and presenting actionable recommendations. You’ll work across digital platforms, develop cutting-edge dashboards, and educate our agency on the power of analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your strong knowledge of all digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic advertising, to lead data analysis and reporting efforts.
  • Apply expert knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools to track, monitor, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Build event-based tracking solutions and implement pixels in Google Tag Manager to enhance tracking accuracy.
  • Lead all media analytics and reporting efforts, including educating team members on analytics and best practices.
  • Create dynamic media reporting dashboards (online and offline) using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Monitor and optimize paid media performance, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed established KPIs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on paid media performance, providing in-depth analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage UTM tracking efforts and oversee the agency’s asset management process to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a media data analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
  • Advanced skills in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms.
  • Experience building and managing event-based tracking systems and implementing pixels.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in creating dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and present complex data clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing UTM tracking and asset management processes.
