Job Summary
RSE is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our Sacramento creative team. We’re looking for a visionary designer who is not only technically savvy but also brings an experienced eye for creative design. In this role, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually engaging designs for advertising campaigns across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate on branding projects, including developing logos, color palettes, and style guides, while crafting marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, event materials, and display ads.
You’ll create social media assets that align with broader campaign strategies and ensure brand consistency by maintaining and evolving brand guidelines. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll bring creative ideas to life that align with business goals, while also preparing and delivering final design files for both print and digital use.

Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-3 years of professional design experience, including work in branding, campaigns, and marketing design.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Experience designing for both print and digital mediums.
- Basic knowledge of motion design tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus but not required.
Portfolio:
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign designs, and marketing collateral.
